Laura’s project was an investigation into various models of operation for symphonies that covered the spectrum from fully state-sponsored to fully for-profit organizations. She interviewed industry experts and symphony general managers to gain insight on the intersection of cultural norms on both the current and future/expected structure of operational funding.
